Frankie Frisco

Frankie Frisco has extensive experience in journalism and communications, currently serving as the Assistant Sports Editor at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette since April 2007. In this role, Frankie supervises a team of page designers and copy editors, oversees the design of special sections and the daily newspaper, and acts as the chief copy editor for locally written news and sports stories. Previous positions include Director of Sports Information for the Arkansas Aeros, Communications Coordinator at the University of Arkansas School of Law, and Director of Communications for the Arkansas Bankers Association. Educationally, Frankie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Central Arkansas. Notable accomplishments include coordinating major sports events, conducting high-profile interviews, and producing various publications throughout a diverse career in media.
