Rich Handler is the owner of AR Proactive, a company that helps health providers get paid by their patients. Prior to starting AR Proactive, Rich (Reuven) worked as a Business Analyst & Revenue Cycle Manager at VNA Healthtrends and Reliable Medical Supply, where Rich (Reuven) focused on improving cash flow, profitability, and collections. Rich also has experience as a Purchaser and Inventory Manager at Pharmore Drugs. Rich (Reuven) holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with Computer Science, a Masters in Environmental Management, and has studied at The Jerusalem Kollel.
