Rogério D.

Rogério D. is the current Diretor Comercial at AR3 Capital, a position held since 2025. Previously, Rogério served as Diretor adjunto at Athenabanco Fomento Mercantil from 2011 to 2013 and as Superintendente Executivo at multiple institutions, including Banco Pine (2003-2006), Banco Sofisa (2013-2025), and BI&P - Banco Indusval & Partners (2010-2011). Rogério began their career at Banco Itaú, advancing from escriturario to Gerente Geral between 1986 and 1992, and later worked as Gerente Geral at Safra from 1992 to 2002. Rogério holds a degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and completed the Programa Líderes pela Experiência Humana at ISE Business School in 2017.
