Rafael Moraes Genova

Rafael Moraes Genova has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rafael started their career with Brink's in 1999 as an Operation Supervisor and Trainee and worked there until 2004. Rafael then joined TNT as a Logistic Supervisor for a year. In 2005, they returned to Brink's as an Operations Manager, and later went on to hold positions such as Sales Manager, Project Manager, Head of PMO, and currently the Head of Sales.

Rafael Moraes Genova holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Rafael also obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco between 1993 and 1997. Rafael also has an ongoing certification in Leading Customer-Centric Growth from The Wharton School, which they obtained in October 2018. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Administração e Negócios at FIA Business School, starting in 2022.
