Phillip Roxborogh

Phillip Roxborogh is an experienced Business Analyst and Senior Lecturer with a strong background in ITIL Configuration Management and Information Systems. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at NTT since December 2017, Phillip focuses on enhancing ITIL Configuration Management for a major client in Australia. Concurrently, as a Senior Lecturer at Ara Institute of Canterbury, Phillip teaches various subjects including Business Analysis and IT Service Management. Phillip has held significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EDS New Zealand, and Telecom New Zealand, contributing expertise in business and technical information management, process improvement, and quality assurance.
