Justin Ward

Justin Ward is a Strategic Operations Advisor at Ara Partners, a global firm focused on industrial decarbonization, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Justin served as an Associate and Senior Business Analyst at Kearney from March 2022 to March 2024. Justin began a career at ExxonMobil, working in various capacities from 2017 to 2022, including roles as a Data Analyst and Process Engineer. Justin gained initial experience through internships and cooperative positions at ExxonMobil and other companies, including Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2018.
