Jenn Ziegler

Jenn Ziegler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenn has held leadership roles in various companies, demonstrating their expertise in human resources and facility security. Currently, they serve as the Director of People and Strategic Operations at The Aspen Institute. Previously, they worked at BasisTech and Global Systems Engineering as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, respectively. Jenn has also served as the Director of Human Resources and Facility Security Officer at Cotton & Company LLP and Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. Additionally, they held positions at Nationwide Insurance and Robert Half International, where they gained experience in acquisitions, recruiting coordination, and office management.

Jenn Ziegler earned a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego between 2001 and 2003. In addition, they obtained certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute in 2017, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, and Professional Human Resources from SHRM in 2009.
