Stephanie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at ACC - Arab American and Chaldean Council, a nonprofit organization providing services to diverse communities. Stephanie began their career as a Staffing Specialist at The Diverse Placement Group and gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Munder Capital Management.
Stephanie J. MBA, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development, which they obtained from Oakland University between the years 2001 and 2005. Stephanie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie also holds certifications in the field. In 2017, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Stephanie further expanded their expertise by acquiring a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
