Diala Salah

Diala Salah is an experienced professional with a background in consumer banking and customer service. Since January 2004, Diala has served as a Product & Sales Senior Manager at Arab Bank, where responsibilities include monitoring the performance of various Consumer Banking Programs and Products. Previously, Diala held the position of Senior Consumer Lending Supervisor at Arab Bank, effectively managing a team of supervisors and credit officers, while also holding delegation authority for product sign-ups. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales, Reservation and Customer Service Agent at British Airways from May 2002 to December 2003, where Diala contributed to customer handling and developed an Excel tool to track flight no-shows. Diala holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from Applied Science University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
