Firas Eweidat

Firas Eweidat, PgMP®, PMP®, serves as the VP and Global Head of Payments at Arab Bank since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading the strategy implementation of payment products and managing various regional and global payment offerings. Previously, Firas held positions as a Sr. Program Manager in the EPMO at Arab Bank, overseeing enterprise-level programs across multiple countries, and as a Sr. Projects Manager at Jordan Ahli Bank, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Firas also gained experience as a Project Manager at Bank-al-Etihad, managing significant projects such as Oracle Financial Services applications, and contributed to establishing a Project Management Office at Image Technologies. Firas began a career in IT as a Network Engineer at Emirates Computers and has a BSc in Computer Engineering from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya, complemented by studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and the American University of Beirut.
