Haya Shara is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resource management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Arab Bank since February 2015, Haya leads recruitment, succession planning, and employee development initiatives while managing career development and training programs. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at OXFORD CENTER SL, Assistant Manager at Petro Canada, and HR Management Trainee at FedEx, as well as early tenure at Arab Bank in various capacities related to compensation and personnel management. Haya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Jordan and a High School Certificate from Rosary Sisters School.
