Eng.feras Rouzi

Eng. Feras Rouzi is a Senior Application Support Analyst at eMcREY since October 2019, specializing in the eft sector, including mada, mada Pay, Apple Pay, POS, E-commerce, ATM, and Soft POS. Eng. Feras supports the Mada production backend system within the Operations Team of Mada - Saudi Payments, a key FinTech regulator in Saudi Arabia responsible for national financial solutions and interbank connectivity. Prior experience includes on-the-job training in sales, account management, and logistics at Hilti Saudi Arabia, as well as serving as Operation Head Assistant at Key Concept. Eng. Feras holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from the University of Sharjah and has also studied English at Churchill House School of English.
