Eman Chaiban

Eman Chaiban has work experience as a Human Resources Manager at RAMA OMD since January 2021. Eman also served as the President of the Arab Professional Translators Society since October 2020 and previously held the role of Vice President in Member Services from May 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, they had a graduation internship at Environment and Development Magazine in July 2016, and an administrative assistant internship at BankingWords.com from January 2016 to April 2016.

Eman Chaiban completed a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the Lebanese American University from 2013 to 2017. They then pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research from 2017 to 2018. Following that, Eman pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Eman has obtained various certifications related to HR, including Certified HR Metrics & Dashboarding Specialist, Foundations of Corporate Training, Introduction to Employee Relations, Managing High Performers, Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager, Building a People Analytics Strategy, Communication Foundations, ChatGPT for HR, HR Data Science in R, Hiring and Recruitment Strategy, Digital HR Strategy, Statistics in HR, Certified DEIB Specialist, Certified Digital HR Specialist, and Certified HR OD Practitioner. They also obtained a certification as an Open Water Diver from SSI Scuba Schools International in 2009.
