Starwood Hotels & Resorts, today Marriott International as the largest hotel company worldwide, has been an important strategic partner since 1998 with today 14 hotels in operational management. 

With our team of experts, we constantly strive to maintain and increase the real estate value for us and our owners. Beside the future operation of the new Rosewood Munich, we are looking into further developments in our core markets.
