Prabu Ramalingam is an experienced technical manager currently with Kodex Global since June 2022, while also serving as a product development executive at Arabia Holdings Limited since September 2020 and as a product development engineer at Fayfa Chemicals Factory LLC since August 2015. Prabu's expertise encompasses research and development of adhesives for various industries, including printing, packaging, construction, furniture, and stationery, along with involvement in new product development. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D chemist at Falcon Chemicals LLC from February 2012 to February 2014, overseeing the latex division and specializing in the production of various polymer products and troubleshooting polymerization processes.
