Maitham al Maskeen

Maitham Al Maskeen currently serves as the Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager at Arabian Rig Manufacturing since October 2023. Previously, Maitham held the position of HR & Admin Manager at Naseej, leading HR initiatives in Saudi Arabia and Egypt from February 2021 to October 2023. A seasoned HR professional, Maitham's experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at COG General Contracting Company Limited and Dar Al-Mustafa Holding Group, along with HR Consultant positions at TAQA-Archer. Noteworthy achievements include enhancing Saudization efforts and reducing employee attrition during a tenure as Senior HR Adviser at Seadrill Careers. Maitham's career began at Mohammad Al-Mojil Group MMG as a Senior HR Officer and further progressed after an initial role as Admin Coordinator at ETS. Maitham holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, completed between 2009 and 2011.
