Mohammed abu Jumaa

Mohammed Abu Jumaa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managed services and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Services at Solutions by stc since October 2018, Mohammed has previously held significant leadership roles at Arabic Computer Systems since August 2004, including General Manager and Regional General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving sales, profitability, and effective operational strategies. Mohammed also managed the Project Management Office at Arabic Computer Systems, overseeing process implementation across internal projects. Early career experience includes positions as Service Desk Manager at Al Rajhi Bank, where management of a large engineering team ensured comprehensive support, and as Technical Support Supervisor at Knowledge Ware Technology, focused on optimizing departmental operations.
