Rafea al Khaldi

Rafea Al Khaldi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, account management, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Key Accounts at Arabic Computer Systems since March 2020, Rafea focuses on enhancing company efficiency across various functions, including presales, projects, and invoicing. Prior to this role, Rafea held the position of Group General Manager at Arabic Computer Systems for over 24 years, where significant revenue growth was achieved, generating over one billion SAR annually. Rafea also founded a private business, gaining insights into the challenges of business ownership. Earlier experiences include leading Arabsoft as General Manager, significantly expanding its revenue and team size, as well as technical roles involving system implementation and software development. Rafea holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King Saud University.
