Fiona Flood

Fiona Flood is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd since July 2022. In this role, Fiona has been instrumental in creating and implementing a new quality assurance process and managing the QA team's workload to meet compliance requirements. Prior to Arachas, Fiona held positions at Sedgwick as Shared Services Manager, overseeing operational support in claims management, and at OSG Vericlaim as FNOL Team Leader, where responsibility included effective claim setup. Additionally, Fiona was a Customer Service Team Captain and representative at GloHealth. Fiona holds a Bachelor's Honors Degree in Accounting from the National College of Ireland and is a Certified Insurance Practitioner from The Insurance Institute.
