Elad Tuviana

Elad Tuviana is an experienced software quality assurance and automation professional with a strong background in leading testing teams, developing automation infrastructures, and implementing complex testing strategies. Currently serving as SQA Automation Team Leader at Arad Technologies, Elad manages a team while architecting automation solutions across UI, API, and database layers. Previous roles include Automation Engineer at Maytronics, where Elad developed mobile automated tests and built a mobile testing farm, and Staff Product Developer at BMC Software, overseeing QA activities and mentoring team members. Elad's career also includes positions as an Android Developer, RT Embedded Software Engineer, and QA Tester, alongside a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Hai College.
