Rutvi Mithani

Rutvi Mithani is an accomplished financial analyst with extensive experience in corporate finance, currently employed at Arada since October 2020, where responsibilities include debt capital markets, financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial feasibility studies, and valuation, notably raising $450 million Sukuk listed on the London Stock Exchange. Previous roles include positions at DAMAC Properties as a junior financial analyst and finance planning and analysis trainee, alongside internships at PwC's Academy Middle East, UPS, and Samsung Mobile, where essential skills in financial analysis, accounting, and project management were developed. Rutvi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and is a Strategic Level graduate of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
