Meike Radtke

Meike Radtke currently serves as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at ARAG since November 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate strategies and legal matters. Previously, Meike Radtke was a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in M&A, Corporate, and Insurance Regulatory issues at Allen & Overy from October 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Trainee Lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne from March 2016 to April 2018. Meike Radtke holds a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from The University of Bonn, which was completed between 2009 and 2015.
