Nilanjan Bhattacharya

Nilanjan Bhattacharya is an experienced professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Aragen Life Sciences since September 2024. Previously, Nilanjan held the position of Senior Scientist at Biocon Biologics from January 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included structural characterization of biologics candidates and developing analytical methods for quantifying Critical Quality Attributes of biosimilar candidates. Nilanjan started in the industry as a Senior Officer at SUN PHARMA, followed by roles as a Project Trainee at BRIC-National Institute of Biomedical Genomics and a Dissertation Intern at Biocon Biologics. Early training includes experience in molecular biology techniques and handling HPLC systems. Nilanjan holds an MBA in IT and Analytics from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, an MTech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a BTech in Biotechnology from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
