Vishwajeet Jha

Vishwajeet Jha is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as the Principal Scientific Manager at Aragen Life Sciences since November 2023, with prior roles including Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Sai Life Sciences Ltd from August 2018 to November 2023. Vishwajeet's expertise lies in medicinal chemistry, focusing on the design and development of small molecules targeting protein kinases for diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's. Prior to this, Vishwajeet held postdoctoral positions at Xavier University of Louisiana and ECPM Ecole européenne de chimie polymères et matériaux de Strasbourg, where research involved organometallic chemistry and its applications in synthesis and NMR studies. Vishwajeet obtained a Ph.D. from the National Chemical Laboratory, specializing in organocatalysis and developing methodologies for creating enantiopure compounds. Education includes a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Delhi University.
