Matthew Niklas

Matthew Niklas brings extensive experience in management and operations across various industries, including waste management and uniform services. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and previously as Division Vice President at Athens Services since January 2019, Matthew has focused on revenue growth, cost management, and ensuring operational excellence. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Republic Services, where Matthew managed a $70M division, and at Aramark Uniform Services, overseeing multiple locations with significant revenue. Earlier, Matthew served as Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps, leading logistical support for a battalion. Matthew holds a BA in International Affairs from Marquette University and completed an Executive Program in Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
