Randon Lane has extensive work experience in government affairs and public relations. Randon is currently the Vice President of Government Affairs at Athens Services, where they are responsible for managing government relations. Prior to that, they worked at Brylan Enterprises, Inc. / Brylan Strategies as the Director of Communications, Government, and Public Affairs. In this role, they led the government and public affairs team, focusing on energy and transportation policy issues at the federal, tribal, state, and local levels.

Previously, Randon served as a Presidential Appointee at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where they worked as part of the Public Affairs leadership team to coordinate internal and external communications with various stakeholders. Randon has also held leadership positions at the Southern California Association of Governments, the League of California Cities, and the Riverside Transit Agency.

Additionally, they worked as the Region Political Director for Meg Whitman's gubernatorial campaign and as the District Director for the California State Assembly, where they led strategic communications and facilitated collaborations on infrastructure projects.

Randon Lane obtained their Associates Degree in Business Marketing from Warner Southern College, where they enrolled in 1987 and completed their studies in 1989. Randon then pursued further education at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Advertising and Communications.
