Besart Morina

Besart Morina has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and training. Besart currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Aralytiks, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources and Training Department at Aralytiks from May 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Aralytiks, Morina worked as a Training Manager at Spar Kosova from October 2018 to May 2022 and as a Senior Human Resources Officer at TEB from May 2017 to October 2018.

Besart also has experience working in the banking sector, having held various roles at ProCredit bank Kosova from 2004 to 2016. These roles include Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, and Human Resources Officer.

Earlier in their career, Morina worked as a Program Officer at United Nations Volunteers - Global Perspective Development Center from August 2003 to May 2004. Prior to this, they worked as a Translator/Interpreter/Trainer at IOM - UN Migration from March 2001 to December 2001.

Besart began their career at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where they worked as a Senior Field Clerk from June 2000 to December 2000 and as a Field Assistant from October 1999 to June 2000.

Besart Morina graduated from Prishtina University in 2006 with a diploma in Department of Business Economics. Besart has obtained additional certifications in various fields such as Project Management, Human Resources Management, Financial Services Management, and Training of Trainers from institutions like the ProCredit Eastern European Academy, Kosovo Banking Association, and Employment Promotion Agency of Kosovo. Most recently, in 2020, they received the certification of Master Trainer from GIZ Kosovo.
