Lauren Clark Cooper

Lauren Clark Cooper has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles in multiple companies. Lauren is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Aramark Refreshment Services since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Child and Family Focus, Inc. starting in September 2021. Before that, Lauren worked at Clean Earth, where they held multiple positions including HR Project Leader, Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2021. Lauren also worked at Aramark as a Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Specialist from 2014 to 2018.

Lauren Clark Cooper earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from James Madison University. In July 2020, they also obtained a certification as a SHRM-CP from the institution SHRM.
