Carrie Watt serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance at Aramark since May 2022, bringing a robust legal background with significant experience in compliance and regulatory matters. Prior roles include Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Avantor, where legal guidance was provided to a $12 billion global healthcare company, and Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Teleflex Incorporated, managing compliance, litigation, and risk management for a $2.2 billion manufacturer. Legal career began as an Associate at both Ballard Spahr LLP and White and Williams LLP, focusing on litigation, product liability, and civil trial work. Carrie also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Clerk at Ocean County Superior Court. Education credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
