Michael Chapoy is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Aramark since March 2020, Michael has also held multiple positions in patient services management. Prior to Aramark, Michael worked as General Manager of LSUA Dining Services at Compass Group USA from October 2022 to August 2024.
