Tim Dowling is a seasoned Culinary Director currently with Aramark, where they lead culinary operations. Dowling has previously held significant positions including Executive Sous Chef at Maggiano's Little Italy and Kitchen Manager at The Franklin Tap, where they transformed underperforming operations and developed creative menus. With a foundation in Culinary Arts from the College of DuPage, they have demonstrated expertise in food preparation, staff management, and sanitation across various culinary settings from Fado Irish Pub to Topgolf.
