Diego Cardoso has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having worked in various positions at different establishments. Diego started their career at The Connaught as a Senior Sous Chef from May 2002 to January 2007. Diego then served as Head Chef at Cielo by Angela Hartnett from January 2007 to August 2008 before moving on to Murano Restaurant, where they held the same position from August 2008 to May 2014. Diego then joined Open House London Ltd as the Executive Chef from June 2014 to October 2017.
