William Miller

William (Bill) Miller is an experienced leader in the food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Menu Innovation and Product Development at Aramark since January 2007. In this role, William transforms the retail menu development process by prioritizing consumer needs such as quality, health, convenience, and personalization. Prior to this position, William was the Director of Capital Projects at Aramark, acting as a primary liaison to senior leaders regarding compliant use of capital operating dollars. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations at Elior North America, where strategic action plans were developed to enhance financial performance, and as Director of Resident Programs and Services at Morrison Healthcare, managing a team focused on culinary support and client satisfaction. William holds an MBA with a concentration in Hospitality and both a B.S. and A.O.S. in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
