Salah Alruwaili

Salah Alruwaili has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Aramco Gulf Operations since September 2019. Responsibilities include managing the staffing process, developing training materials, creating compensation strategies, and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business strategy. Previously, Salah held various positions at Al Khafji Joint Operations, including Employee Relations Manager and Superintendent of Payroll & Administration, where duties encompassed benefits administration, policy compliance, employee performance management, and payroll procedures. Salah began a career in the Oil Company in 1992, contributing to policy design and job evaluation in the Policies & Organization Department. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, alongside multiple professional development programs focused on human resources and management across various institutions.
