Michelle Lowe

Michelle Lowe is the Head of People and Organization Development at Aramco Europe, where they establish and oversee end-to-end HR services for global offices. With a broad range of strategic business, leadership, and HR experience, they thrive in transformational environments and have a track record of successfully managing complex mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Michelle held roles including Program Manager for SAP Implementation Projects and was involved in HR Policy & Organization Development at Aramco. Additionally, Michelle has experience in human resources and business administration from an IT recruitment company and worked as an analytical chemist at the University of Manchester. They hold a Master's degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and are currently furthering their education at Stockport College of Further and Higher Education.
