Mona Fateen

Mona Fateen is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 14 years at Aramex, where roles have included Human Resources Director for the Corporate Office and GCC, Regional Human Resources Director for the GCC, and Senior HR Business Partner. Mona has successfully managed leadership development programs and internal assessment centers, contributing to Aramex's global initiatives and the development of line managers. Previously, as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist at Setcore, Mona established recruitment services and managed hiring for European companies in the textiles sector.
