Nancy Bassil

Nancy Bassil is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Reporting Senior Manager at Aramex since April 2016, where previous roles include HR Business Partner for the Corporate Office and Global Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to Aramex, Nancy held positions at Nextcare from July 2012 to April 2016 as a Senior HR Officer focused on HR Projects and general HR functions in the MENA region. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consulting Psychologist at ITINERIS Recruitment & HR Solutions in 2010-2011 and at E.D.M.A Executive Development & Management Advisory in 2008-2009. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK (2004-2007) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lebanese University (1999-2003).
