Mathieu started their career as a Methods Technician at Fenwick-Linde, where they were responsible for project management and technical design. Mathieu then worked as the Operations and Strategy Manager at SeniorAdom, focusing on methods, process, and product development. After that, they joined AIO Karakuri Kaizen as a Key Account Manager, handling pre-sales engineering for key accounts. Mathieu then moved to Cdiscount, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager and Head of Seller Support, responsible for management, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Recently, they worked at Octopia as the Head of methods and process. Currently, Mathieu is the Head of Marketplace Operations at Aramis Group.
Mathieu de Courrèges earned an Engineer's degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT Génie Mécanique et Productique (GMP) from IUT de Poitiers between 2010 and 2012. In April 2014, they also obtained a TOEIC certification with a score of 940.
