Rafael Acob

Rafael Acob serves as the Head of Operations for Marketplace Experience at Carousell, a position held since April 2019. Prior experience includes leading operations at OLX Group, overseeing departments such as Moderation and Quality Assurance from December 2016 to April 2019. At AGODA INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., Rafael acted as an Assistant Market Manager, enhancing hotel partner engagement from October 2015 to 2016. Previous roles also include Sales Process Coordinator at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines Inc. and Process Expert at Globe Telecom, where process improvements were a focus. Rafael began the career as an English Language Consultant at TIMESCORE INTERNATIONAL INC. and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Business Administration from De La Salle University.
