Beth Neptune

Beth Neptune serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Arandell since December 2022, leading efforts in providing high-quality catalog solutions while fostering meaningful relationships and environmentally friendly practices. In addition to this role, Beth is the Owner and Master Artist of The Traveling Paintbrush, which promotes art as a social activity through various venue-based events. Previous experience includes diverse positions in talent acquisition, such as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Specialist roles at several organizations, including Tecomet, Inc. and Exact Sciences, as well as project management at UL. Beth's professional journey highlights a strong commitment to empowering individuals in talent acquisition and promoting creative expression through art.
