Ray A. Garza

Ray Garza currently serves as County Judge for Aransas County, Texas, since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Superintendent at JWTC from March 2020 to December 2022, Assistant Construction Manager at Fortis Homes for one year, and Engineer Technician positions at The Corpus Christi Army Depot and Kiewit from June 2015 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Ray Garza was a Police Officer with the United States Department of Defense, serving between December 2009 and January 2012, and held the position of Division Chief of Common Pleas at Beaufort County from April 2007 to December 2009. Ray Garza has military experience as a Sergeant Military Police in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and a Corporal - Weather Observer in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort.
