Christopher Laramie is a seasoned professional in land administration and management with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Lease Administration Manager at Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC since August 2024, Christopher previously operated as an Independent Consultant Landman in early 2024. A significant portion of Christopher's career was spent at PDC Energy, Inc. from September 2017 to October 2023, where roles included Director of Land Administration and ERP Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Noble Energy from March 2010 to September 2017, and Buck Peak LLC from January 2004 to April 2010. Christopher began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Arapahoe County is Colorado's first county and the third largest in the state with a population of more than 618,000. The County has 13 incorporated communities, including Aurora, Bennett, Bow Mar, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Columbine Valley, Deer Trail, Englewood, Foxfield, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Littleton, and Sheridan. Arapahoe County was named for the Arapaho Indians, who along with the Cheyenne Indians, occupied most of Colorado when it was only a territory. An elected, five-member Board of County Commissioners serves as the administrative and policy‐making body. Voters also elect the County Assessor, Clerk and Recorder, Coroner, District Attorney, Sheriff and Treasurer. Arapahoe County has 2,011 employees and a $339.3 million budget. The County has one of the lowest mill levies of counties on Colorado's Front Range. The County Administration Building is located at 5334 S. Prince Street in Littleton, Colorado, but we offer locations throughout Arapahoe County.
