Hilik Paz

Hilik Paz is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and development leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at arato.ai since March 2024, Hilik previously co-founded Stoke Talent, where they held the same title until its acquisition by Fiverr in January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Engineering at Cloudyn, which was acquired by Microsoft, and significant leadership positions at VMware, managing the Israel R&D site and various product engineering teams. Hilik began their career at Mercury Interactive, where they advanced through multiple roles to become Director of R&D before the company's acquisition by HP Software. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Computer Science, both from Bar-Ilan University.
