Leandro san Miguel

Leandro San Miguel has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Leandro started their career at Movicom Argentina in 1994 as an IT professional. Leandro then joined ING Argentina in 1996, where they worked as an IT Project Leader. In 1999, they became the IT Project Leader at ING Argentina. Leandro then moved to ING Nederland in 1996, where they held multiple roles including Head of Architecture and Testing and PMO Project Leader. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Global e-Insurance Chairman at ING Nederland. In 2008, Leandro joined SMU S.A. (Unimarc, M10, Alvi, Ok Market y Telemercados) as the IT Manager for Quality, Integration, PMO, and Information Security. Leandro later became the IT Manager for SAP project and the Gerente de Desarrollo / Development Manager. In 2012, they became the Gerente Corporativo de Planificacion y Control TI / IT Corporate Planning & Control Manager at SMU S.A. In 2013, they took on the role of CIO Gerente Corporativo de Innovacion y Sistemas. In 2014, Leandro moved to Falabella Retail as the Gerente de Sistemas Corporativos. Their most recent role is CIO at ARAUCO, which they started in 2017.

Leandro San Miguel completed their B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires from 1992 to 2000. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In 2010, Leandro studied Enterprise Management at Harvard Business Review Latam. Leandro further enhanced their skills in Business Administration and Management by completing a program on Advanced Negotiation Skills and Conflict Resolution at Boston University in 2014.
