Rafael Quezada

Rafael Quezada leads industrial research at ARAUCO, focusing on process optimization and technology implementation at pulp mills in Chile and Argentina. As a team leader since 2016, Rafael manages strategic research projects in bleaching, product development, effluent treatment, and water utilization. Additionally, Quezada previously served as a professor of Experimental Biochemistry and Fermentation Engineering at Universidad San Sebastian. With a background in Biotechnology Engineering and advanced degrees in Forest Science, Rafael is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at FGV.
