Essbio SA, formerly Inversiones OTPPB Chile I SA, is a Chile-based company engaged in the provision of water utility services. Its activities are divided into two business areas: Sanitary Services, including supply and distribution of portable water, as well as wastewater treatment; and Landfill Service, which in responsible for managing the landfill facilities. The Company specializes in the construction, repair and maintenance of sanitary installations, as well as in the development of engineering projects and sewage collection and disposal. It operates a potable water purification plant, La Mochita de Concepcion, and a sewage plant. The Company provides services to a number of entities, such as Centro Comercial Alto las Condes, Hospital Regional Rancagua, Nestle Chile SA, Invertec Foods, Danone Chile SA and Gendarmeria de Chile, which are located in Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins and Bio Bio regions. Furthermore, It is a subsidiary of Inversiones OTPPB Chile II Ltda.
