Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Michelle started their career at PPD, where they worked for over 20 years in different positions, including Executive Director of Sales Operations and Senior Director of IVRS. During their time at PPD, they led the transition to Salesforce and played a key role in the development and implementation of IVRS technology.

Michelle then moved on to inVentiv Health Clinical, where they served as Vice President of Interactive Response Technologies. In this role, they stabilized leadership for IRT and led a special initiative team focused on data governance and stewardship. Michelle also explored concepts in master data management and enterprise analytics.

Here, they collaborate with external vendors and leads activities related to clinical database development, data capture, validation, and analysis. Michelle also ensures data are well organized for regulatory submissions.
