Michelle Lane has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Michelle started their career at PPD, where they worked for over 20 years in different positions, including Executive Director of Sales Operations and Senior Director of IVRS. During their time at PPD, they led the transition to Salesforce and played a key role in the development and implementation of IVRS technology.
