Janna Williams has worked in the field of third-party risk management since 2019 as an Implementation Project Manager for Aravo Solutions. Prior to this, they were employed at NCH Corporation from 2001 to 2019 in various roles, including IT PMO Project Manager, Specialist Segment Manager, GHS Project Manager, Government Sales and GSA Contract Manager, Marketing Product Line Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Telephone Administrator. As Telephone Administrator, they supported sales reps and sales management on product information, pricing, problem orders, shipments, transportation, contracts, returns, etc., quickly and effectively solving customer challenges such as invoice issues, lost or damaged shipments, returns, and process orders. Janna also developed a training manual for the department and assisted in training new employees.

Janna Williams obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Midwestern State University in 2000. Janna then earned their Masters of Business Administration from The University of Dallas in 2011, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained their PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
