Çağrı Kirteler

Çağrı KIRTELER currently serves as the Strategy and Transformation Advisor to the CCO at Şişecam since November 2023, focusing on commercial strategic moves and enhancing transformation initiatives.

Previously, Çağrı held positions at PwC Turkey as the Large Scale Transformation Lead, Commercial Transformation Consulting where he has oversaw numerous large-scale projects.

Also he heads industry experience where he managed 100+ headcounts and multi region operations as Head of International Operations at Otokoç Otomotiv/Koc Holding, and various sales and marketing leadership positions at PPG Industries, 3M, Betek Boya, and Cognis/BASF.

Çağrı holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and has completed strategy and finance focused educational programs, including those at the Duke Universty, University of Virginia, IESE Business School and Sabanci University.
