Terri Bishop

Terri Bishop has a strong background in implementation consulting and project management. Their most recent role was as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Aravo Solutions, where they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Deltek from November 2016 to September 2022, serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for deploying and supporting the implementation of Deltek PIM, a document management system for the AEC market. Terri also led client-facing activities, provided training, and advised clients on integration best practices.

Before their time at Deltek, Terri worked as a Lead Implementation Consultant at Consilience Software from January 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they collaborated with customers to obtain business requirements and managed implementation projects for major clients. Terri successfully reversed a negative customer relationship into a positive one.

Terri has also worked as an Implementation/Training Consultant at Jump Ahead Training from June 2004 to March 2016. Terri developed curriculum and training presentations for Documentum, consistently receiving positive feedback from students. Additionally, they served as a Small Business Consultant at Hire Austin, where they consulted with small business owners on increasing sales and implementing Google Analytics.

Earlier in their career, Terri worked as a Data Analyst at BearingPoint in 2008, where they designed SQL scripts and collaborated with business users to verify data accuracy. Terri also served as a Data Consultant/Trainer at Data Junction in 2003, facilitating classes and analyzing client data. Lastly, they worked as a DBA at IBM from 2000 to 2001, providing support for an ecommerce development application.

Terri Bishop holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University. Terri also pursued graduate work in Corporate Communications & Training at the same institution. Terri has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in April 2016, Clinical Terminology for International and U.S. Students from Coursera in October 2015, and Epidemiology: The Basic Science of Public Health, also from Coursera, in April 2014.
